Inside the Kennels

The Sun Valley Kennels houses some twenty five greyhounds, sometimes more. Each kennel has an enclosed area for resting and sleeping and a run open to the outside. Both areas are quite roomy and provided with bedding and soft baskets. Cleanliness is the keynote and each area is kept spotlessly clean. Where possible each kennel houses two dogs for companionship. At the time of writing amongst the residents were four delightful young greyhound pups!

Kennel assistants are on hand at all times to care for and walk the dogs and to clean and disinfect all areas.

Nearby is the well equipped treatment room and this is regularly attended by a vet to attend to any problems.
